Amazed how Ireland are one of the 12 Full Member nations now and yet they are not in the Top 12 ODI Rankings.

They aren't featuring in the World Cup as well. Meanwhile, a team ranked below them has made the cut into the final 10 of the World Cup. While I am all in for minnows and underdogs making a statement and playing spoilsport, the exclusion of 3 Full member nations from the most prestigious ICC tournament speaks a lot about ICC and it's wobbly decision making.

Gotta lay some blame on Ireland for having been so bad recently too.

Only reason I'm doing a 16-team World Cup instead of a preferred 14-team format is so Ireland don't miss out, because Oman finished higher than them at the qualifiers.
