Why is Pooran an occasional keeper?

Regular keeper in T20s but doesn't keep wickets in 50-overs. In ODIs, Shai Hope is preferred.

Even in the recent domestic 50-over competition, he didn't keep once even after being the captain and Joshua da Silva not being available. Looks like he rates his keeping a bit less.

From my knowledge, Hope and Pooran are on same level. It's just that Pooran is also dangerous on the outfield hence they play him there mostly.
