WTF. If they are still playing any sort of domestic cricket then they should be allowed to be picked. Just look at other leagues, they allow players like Kallis, Collingwood, Sangakkara, Trescothick, Johnson and others because they still play Twenty20 cricket. And some even play List-A cricket. @Hydron.
