I am not sure whether he is still in the squad, because this is the last news about Sidebottom. There is no further news, that he couldn't play because of his injury or that he was withdrawn from the squad.

he is not an official member of the squad

Yeah, I already saw it on the squad listings, that Sidebottom was withdrawn. But since you said he was with the England team, I thought he could still participate.
