Draft will start at 12:00PM BST 8/9/13 that would be around 4:30 in the IST standard correct me if I am wrong.
Draft will consist on the following kind of Players
2 Irish Players (will count as locals)
2 Scottish Players (will be counted as locals)
1 Associate player (Has to be from a country other then Ireland or Scotland)
6 English players (Morgan will count as an English just to let you all know.)
And 7 oversea players.
You can only start the next round if all the managers have picked there picks for that round or If it has been over 24 hours since the last pick.
