U just have to save the face image and replace them with big editor

There are 20 default faces for Asian Tan skin. Inside the game 's player editor there are 60 face per skin tone. 1 face is used with 3 different hairstyles. Example 2, 22 and 42 share same face but different hairstyles.

In order to replace Dhoni first you need the check the face number he is using your game. If in you lineup if it says 55 , then in big editor you need to replace face no.15 of asian skin tone.

yes that's right there are only 20 faces having in game other and all same but different hair style.
