It didn't sell very well on the PC and on the consoles there's loads of wrestling games that are supposed to be much better. So I dont think anyone bothered to modify this game.

However you can try searching on Google and see what you come up with.

Any knows how to edit the kits, adboards, etc. of Fifa 2002 WC and Fifa 2003.

Its slightly more complicated than for Cricket 2002 but similar. FSH is the graphics format used and converting from and to other formats is done using EAGraph or FSHTool.
