I personally start agressive 2 away from, full with my openers and then look to steady the ship in the middle and go againat teh end target 300 every gam

Highlights? (Every Ball, Meduim, High etc.): I must be the only one who watches every ball!
Simulation - Every Ball or Every Over?: Every over for first-class, ball-by-ball for one-dayers
Best Way To Bat? (Real Life or Go All Out Aggressive etc): Real life, tend to vary the level ball-by-ball, depending on the situation
Full Screen or Windowed?: Full Screen
Play Youth or Experience?: Youth...I plan for the future, all my coaching sessions are allocated to improve technique of young players
Bowling - Full, Good Length or Short?: Generally full for spinners, not afraid to bowl short with RF bowlers to front foot-style batsmen, otherwise good length

Yeah, I go all out after about 5 overs. Unless I'm loding heaps of wickets.
