I get a thing from my notifications saying I have a thread to moderate. Yet I click on it, there is nothing there. And when I go back to the index, it still says I have a thread awaiting moderation.

I think Matt has explained this already. The system he's put in place to stop this stuff from appearing to normal members too, isn't so advanced that it can actually verify that the mod has permissions for that particular forum or not. It just sees if there are mod privileges, show the notification.

when ever i get a visitor mesasage and the 'your notifications' thingy somes up at the top, when i click on it nothing happens, i have to go to my user CP to see what the notification is

same is the problem with me. (but it only happens sometimes)

My reputation power is 480, or so it is displayed as. I told Ste a few days ago but he didn't really givce a reason. It is still 20 though, I take it?

it was like this for me a while back, your reps are still only worth the same as before its just the display nember which is wrong

The PC Admin team would like to notify members that the recent Social Group inviting members to post pictures of women has been deleted.

We feel this type of actvity is not best suited to a cricket orientated site that attracts a lot of under 16 year olds.

For further explanations as to why we are taking this stance please see this post

TBH guys, I can understands the reasons why you might have done this, if there were any pictures of women nude or in certain positions. But there weren't. It was just a chance for guys to show there appreciation whilst keeping it clean.

The problem is, many people try to be smart and do stuff which although is literally in the rules but morally against it. That spoils the fun of it. So at that note, I appreciate PC stance.

I can understand it morally which is why I made it moderated (I think) so as to stop the younger members viewing it. I persoanlly don't see anything wrong with it but if the admins do I'm not going to kick up over it.
