Great writing and even the Cricket coach screenie is looking way too good.

to be honest to both Akshay and Viral, as Italy doesn't have any world class players, their 'scoring pace' rating on Cricket Coach is usually in the 40's. I don't think you will see any huge scores even when i increase the aggressiveness.

The only problem i had with my presentation was that the screenshots were too big.

World Cricket League Division 3 2009,

vs Hong Kong @ Rome​

Italy were quickly back on the field, Fabio Fellini with the new ball. An attacking field set by Scuderi, as Hong Kong openers Darren Warn and Tom Newby strolled out to the middle. So, the first ball of the innings, Fellini runs in, good length, swings in a bit but driven well by Warn straight back past the bowler. Micheluzzi gave chase, and stops it going for 4, the throw comes in but they run 3. The next ball was a no-ball, but Fellini soon settled down, 4 dot-balls in a row, but 2 runs scored off the last ball of the over.

Hong Kong: 6/0 off 1 over

The first boundary came in the 2nd over, and 3 balls into Mastrantoni’s delivery was mis-hit into the air by Warn, and a confident catch was taken by Badessi at mid-off. Italy take their first wicket of this season, the players are delighted as they run into the middle to celebrate. Can they use the early initiative and take more wickets?

After 5 overs, Hong Kong had taken their score along nicely to 43/1 at a run rate of well over 8 an over. In Fellini’s second over, he was smashed for 19 runs. Italy won’t win this match by stopping Hong Kong scoring runs, they need wickets. Scuderi brought himself on in the 15th over, will the captain be able to take the wickets that Italy need to win this match?

It turned out that it wasn’t Scuderi who took the next wicket, it was Riccardo Taranto with his off-spin. His first over was a wicket maiden, he removed Wood for 28 at the end of his first over. After 20 overs, Scuderi and Taranto had both taken a wicket. Scuderi trapped Wynd LBW for 6. Hong Kong were now on 99/3, their run-rate has fallen to 4.95, still needing 4.17 from the remaining 30 overs to win. However, Scuderi and Taranto have proven to both be wicket takers, and if they take a couple more each, Hong Kong are in trouble.

It didn’t look like it was going to be Italy’s day, Hong Kong continued to add runs to the total, and with 10 more overs to go, Hong Kong only needed 41 runs from 60 deliveries, Italy need 7 more wickets to win.

Four more overs to go, Scuderi has taken 2 more wickets since coming back on, he bowled Lye for 56, and bowled Newby for 89. Eventually finishing with figures of 10-0-51-3, a good match for the captain, an unbeaten century and 3 wickets. Another example of why Scuderi is so important to Italy.

Eventually however, it was not to be, Hong Kong hitting the winning runs with 10 balls to spare. A victory for Hong Kong built on the very strict fielding, and the runs from Newby and Lye. Italy were brave in their attempts to salvage something, but in the end they just didn’t have enough runs to defend with the ball. Vaughan can take the positives, and aim to remove the negatives which will be that they need to score more runs.
