"Today on the 23th of December The ICC Manager Mr. Duffarama announced on the ICC website that ICC are starting a new “ICC Development Trophy” mainly based on North American and European countries.

The Trophy will feature 4 teams, two from North American continent, United States of America and second Canada. While two teams which will represent Europe will be the Netherlands and first time France.

The Trophy will consist of 10 over per side limited over’s matches.
