I'm wondering whether I should move to Ireland or Scotland at the end of the season. It would be like Division 4 which I'm pretty much in at the moment in Bangladesh and then if I'm in the top 3 divisions, then it will be like that for the second season there.

a 'bot flush' will occur in all countries. All computer controlled teams will be demoted to the bottom divisions, and all active teams will be promoted in their place. All teams in a country will be ranked based on division, final league placing, points and NRR and then they'll be placed, by rank, in their new leagues (eg the top 8 teams will be placed in division 1, the next 16 in division 2, the next 64 in division 3 etc). For example, if you finish 3rd in a div 4 league, there is a good chance you will end up in division 3 after the end of season updates.

That could end up quite good for a few of you. Iridium, you most likely will move up into the next T20 group

If you move to Scotland/Ireland, if you get put into division 1 initially and are completely terrible in the second season you'd still earn division 3 sponsorship and prizemoney.

So does that mean if a bot team is at the top of a group and i'm behind it, then i'll get promoted??

the player who is going for 441k - Manooj Dalta can be really good and can play in U-19 nationals in my opinion. So he's going worth it but I'd have never got him.

How to properly train a player?

I mean if I have put a player on batting training on Monday and then on thursday or even saturday I put him on Strength training, will it help the player in both or is it just waste. So We should put the player on training on Monday to see any improvement.

Was he a random player, I mean do you got him through transfer market or a recruited player.
