few hours ago i was bidding on a 42K allrounder. Bid started at 2K and another guy was just outbidding me everytime. So i bluffed. I messaged him that i have 600K in bak and i'm willing to go the distance if he is going to keep bidding.. lol, he backed out and i got him ... yay

Actually that guy's got a number of good players on the market at the moment. They're at quite low prices so far as well. But then again there is quite a bit of time until the auctions are over.

Yea, those prices are going to skyrocket. That guy, Randall, with world class batting, won't be going for that cheap after the auction ends. Would be nice if it did.

What. Stupid agreeing to forum rules meant my post didn't get posted. Now I bloody have to write all of it out again.

In short, I couldn't defend 189 in a T20 and now am in 4th, tied with 2nd and 3rd on points but lower in NRR. Byrne, Miller and Oldroyd were the quick scorers for the time while Elgin also hit 32 off 24.
