Frustrations with seam!

Ok, this is getting ridiculous...maybe i'm just doing something wrong. I'm playing on hard with AI ver6.... I looked at some posts here which said that the seam dot should stay on the seam and be moved just to the edge of the seam and not to the edge of the ball... and I tired it, and was finally able to get some seam movement but.... 9 out of 10 balls just go straight through, and then i'll get one ball that seams a yard! Is that how its supposed to be?? please help, some advice.. before I pull out the two remaining hairs on my head.

It's not meant to seam everyball, i think it's just a random thing, also it will seam more on Green Pitches, than any other pitches
