Each Team has three objectives laid out by their respective boards. They are Minimum Objective, Main Objective and the Bonus Objective. Throughout each series the board expects you must complete the minimum objective and try to complete the other two as well. You will be given vCash and "managerial points" based on that. The managerial points will be useful in deciding the manager of the year. The guy with the most managerial points at the end of the season wins the "Manager of the Season" Award.

1 + 2 = 3. I hope that explains it to everybody.
In most cases you have to complete the main objective to have a chance at the bonus one. Although it is possible that you complete the bonus objective, but not the main and/or minimum.
Depends for certain teams. Some are not strong enough, so for them success in a tournament is different from the other teams.

Ok, this seems clear to me. I've lost Shah for the series although he wasn't central to my plans. But Colly will be a big hole to fill, maybe one of the younger members of the squad will play a couple of good innings and we can win the natwest series.
