FTP: Season 2 - Road to the World Cup

So when is this getting back on track?

tbh I dont know. I came from Pakistan couple of days back, but I may have to go back there again in a weeks time. The thing is the sim doesnt run on my own laptop and I have to use someone elses'. Adding to the fact that my A Level result is coming tomorrow, and after that I may be busy applying to unis and other stuff.

Things should clear up in a few days, so then I can tell you whats likely to happen here.

Thanks for being patient guys. I would really like to continue this but I have to look into alot more things as well.

So this league isn't coming back? Sorry to bump this.

He's going off to Uni now, and won't be coming online as much now, so I assume that for the time being it's not coming back.

Right-o. I am bringing this back. Season 2 is based on the Road to the World Cup. Basically you have 2 series to get your team all set up before the world cup.

I have got the managers fixed, based on the teams they managed beforehand and their activity in this part of the forum.

Managers can start posting your 18 man TEST and ODI squads. On the first page are the fixtures this season and further down you will find the squads for last season as a reference. Their will be no need for your 7 reserve players this time around, so choose carefully.

Also the West Indies are the only team available right now. If you want them post it in the thread. First come-First serve.

No Bangladesh or Zimbabwe available, but they should be included in the World Cup Itself.

A Request can you change from West Indies to Bangladesh? If no then I will take West Indies and If yes then Bangladesh:)

No swapping of teams. I am not sure to give you Windies or not. I would like an experienced member cause the last time I picked a new member it spoiled my league. Nakul put up weird lineups for South Africa which resulted them falling down the ladder in the rankings.

You can check other leagues as I am a part in a lot of them right now or you can let me chose a squad and see if it is weird:)

No love for West Indies. I won't put my name down for them but if you desperately need someone, let me know. I say give p23456789 a shot. He's been pretty active in a few leagues now.

I would also like to be a part of this. If anyone is not managing any team, I'm ready here. :)

The ODI squad is fine, hopefully it will perform better than the one in India at the moment, however the problem lies with the All-Rounders in the Test Squad. None of them look great compared to when I would have been able to put Collingwood or Flintoff in there.
