Game locking up online on Xbox 360

Anyone else having the game locking up on them on the xbox, its happenning every other game now. I wish these developers would iron these things out before releasing the game.

Online Problems

Using Gamespy Arcade *cringe* I can't connect with anybody else. I have configured my router for the ports listed in the readme, but people say an error message comes up saying they can't connect. Whenever I join a game, I sit there and it wont connect for me.

I know its probably to early in the games release for a fix, but advice would be appreciated. I have a BT home hub btw, and 3,5mb broadband connected by a cable.

Make sure you're trying to create a online game and not a LAN game.

Online Play (I cant)

Does anyone know what the hell is happing with the online play for PC?
Have just spent 2 odd hours with 8 other guys tryimng to get 1v1 play on Gamespy and none of us can get it going.
None of us have managed to get a game started.


Getting a bit angry now


Any help would be appreciated.

2 of them were created at roughly the smae time so would probably have been writing them at the same time, so we couldn't see the other.

Mine is still crashing EVERY time the 1st batsmen is dismissed.

Was this not tested properly like the game?

Played 3 games last night and EVERY one locked up ! It seems the more I play it the worse it gets. A friend of mine email codemasters about the problems, and this is what they replied with, you have to laugh ! -

Have you tried deleting your saved game from the X-Box 360 hard drive and start a new game?


You cant save the game on the Xbox let alone an online game !

I have found the game locks up on the pc when playing against someone using a router, this has happend once against Colin and twice against stevie. BLIC 07 does not like routers.

I wonder if its the same on the Xbox then, Ive got a cable modem and my mate has an ADSL router.

We have had a reply from Codemasters saying that the maintenance my Microsoft yesterday should have fixed the locking up problem. I have only had the chance to play one game today and that was fine, anyone else had any problems since the maintenance.
