Draft will begin tomorrow (25th August) at 05:00 PM IST (11:30 AM GMT). More than 24 hours to announce the reduced squads for Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai.

Try to cover all your bases.

Rules:

• Each squad will consist of 16 players - 11 domestic () and 5 overseas ()
• For Warwickshire and Lancashire, players with overseas contract won't be considered local. So, if Lancashire wants Dane Vilas, they will need to pick him in the draft and he will take one overseas spot.
• Draft will be conducted in 5 rounds where each team will make one overseas pick.
• Each pick needs to be from a different country, excluding your home country.
• Only test-specialists or uncapped players are allowed in the draft.
• Rule for a player to be considered test-specialist: must have played more than 80% of his internationals as Tests (or) not played any LOI in last 3 years (this will be counted from the day the draft starts i.e. no ODIs or T20Is played after 25th August 2019).
• Each round will last 24 hours unless all the teams complete their picks under the duration.
• In the case, next round will begin as soon as the final pick is done. Now, 24 hours will be counted from the last pick of the previous round before the next round can start (basically your standard PC draft rule.)
