Still not sure how should we about the overseas players rules but this time, it will be much simpler. And it will be 50-over matches.

At the moment, just looking for sign-ups. I know I won't get all 16 different people but at least 6 should be fine. Rest will be managed by me.
Tournament will be knockout based 2-leg structure (same as the UEFA Champions League). There will be only one final for this season, maybe best-of-3 next time.

And don't worry about picking a weaker team, I will definitely think of how to balance everyone.

After some little research, I found a possible 16 teams, which play in the List-A format and won their respective competitions (only considering those which started in the calendar year 2023). Round-of-16, quarters, semis and then the Final, sounds a nice format. Haven't worked out the overseas or squad rules yet. You can always write in my inbox if you have any suggestions.

No. Don't worry you will get to sign overseas players based on how many international caps your retentions will have. And these overseas signing won't be random, i will make a player pool for any draft that will happen.
