Keep in mind that every render you use was taken out of a background. That means that all of them have elements that still relate to that now missing background. That means you have to recreate those missing elements to make the render look like it belongs in your work. A good example of that is lighting. Look at your render. You see all the highlights and shadows on him? Those are clues to where the lighting was in the original piece. Without that original lighting he looks a little out of place.
