HELP! Config Editor

i need help with the current config editor.
ive downloaded it n tried to open it, but when i double click on it, it dos nothin doesnt open anything...

am i doin something wrong??

Have you selected the correct path for the cricket_pc.gob file.

i dont even get to the stage of selecting the cricket_pc.gob file.
im simply tryin to open the config.exe file

If you get error something about comdlg32.ocx then download and install that file from here.

i get no error at all...
the program jus wont start.
ive downloaded it a few times already n get the same result.

i double click on the file, get the hour glass loading symbol for like 0.5sec n thats it...nothin opens.

please help..

I really dont know whats the problem is, and i dont think non zipped file will make any difference either.
