Help !! Cricket in Fast Forward

Dear Friends,

I have been playing Cricket 2004 since a while on my old Desktop PC and have recently switched over to a new Laptop, it is a Sony VAIO, VGN-FS18GP.

The problem that i face now, is that once the game is started, it moves on a fast forward mode. Its like the VCR has been pressed on fastforward, players run at double speed, strokes are played at double the speed. Its totally on fast forward mode.

Its also when one is on the menu and in the game that each mouse click is 2-3 clicks at a time.

Can you kindly suggest me the solution to this problem.

First off, its in the wrong section.

Anyway, I'll explain why its happening :

Its happening because you're on a new laptop, and this is all in your mind (most likely)

It has happened to me, and its only happening to you because it was slow on your old Desktop, and ur new Sony is new.

Also, if you are 100% sure it isnt your mind, heres a suggestion :

Turn ON V-Sync (V-Synchronization, Vysnc)

Do this by going into your graphics card settings and hunting around for the option

If that doesnt help, tell me, and ill look for another solution
