Help (lost manual)

Thanks to an untimely cleanup (which I wasn't present for) I've lost my game manual and thanks also to an atrocious memory, I've forgotten some basic but I think necessary commands in an unmodded game.

1)Team selection. This refers to the beginning of a match when you can choose your lineup. I've honestly forgotten which of my keys (I've experimented) select the captain, wicket keeper and so on. I haven't changed the keys at all, and they're at the default. Also, there's three 'markers' of sorts next to the player's entry: a 'C' and a '1' and '2' inside a ball. I never paid attention to that much and now can't figure out what they do.

2)Stat updates. I created my own player and have had him both bat and bowl in matches, but he's listed as having played no innings, nor taken any wickets. Is this a game bug, or can I fix it?

3) Cameras. Suffers from the same problem as 1, in that I can't find buttons 5 and 6 and so on.

This might all sound frivolous, but it's very frustrating for someone who wants to enjoy the smaller details of the game. Any online guides or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Contact EA and give them your Registration number/Product Key and ask for a replacement manual. You may have to pay for it.

No offense mate but it seems common sence what a C means . and what the 1 and 2 inside a ball mean. Also trial and error when pressing keys, think about it

Er, okay....

I just haven't played this game in six months or more and I just left it installed on my machine. The only thing I have left is the actual installation CD and I'll do that...sending off the registration key and all....no big issue.

I was just looking for some genuine help. Thanks anyways.

Guys, he came here for some help why not help him?

1. D is to edit the field setting and use the arrow keys to select a player. S is to select the field setting, and I don't think you need to know that rest. The C means Captain, 1 in a ball means first bowler and the 2 means the second bowler. (Dude man isn't that obvious?)

2. I don't really know about that, mine works fine...his stats are changed.

3. Cameras work fine use 123...90 (numbers) those above the alphabets.

Well, a little commen sence and some intelligence you could have answered these questions yourself (no offence)

I was worried about hitting the wrong keys and initiating some sort of command that'd screw up the game....when it comes to this stuff, common sense goes out the window with me....*LOL*

I don't know why the stats won't update, though...and that's an entirely different issue. Does anyone else have a problem with this and more importantly, do they have a solution?

Stats never update, in some tournaments you have a table of them but that' it

No one has played it 6 months or more ago - was only released last December
