help required with renaming players

some of the rosters i have used have longer names then the ones in cricket 2005 editor how did the people who made them do it. when i develope a new player i can only use around ten letters but the one in rosters are alot longer how did u do this is it my the player editor. thanks

also which website do u goto to get maiden overs players have bowled and is it in important
