help with graphics importer

can someone plz elp me with the graphics importer i dont know how to use it can u plz use simple terminology the read me file was to hard for me to understand.

What are you trying to import? For most downloads simply select 'import zip' and select the file.
The complicated bits are mainly for patch makers who are producing files.

and i dont really no how to use the importer at all :o
