help with installing faces

Can anyone tell me how to install faces. I downloaded west indies face pack and the "read me" said install with GD kit replacer. In GD kit replacer I can only install new kit, I dont see how to use it to install faces, please tell me how to get these faces in my game. I also downloaded some umpire faces, how do i add these? thanks in advance.
