Helping Me for Making Keyboard Layout for India

We are making Indian local language Keyboard Layout. I am frm Tripura so I know Bengali And Tripuri Kakborok only . I need help for other language of India if there some body know this plz help me (Like give me Hindi Grammar,and other)
