Hitting 6's

Finding it difficult to hit 6's in Five5 matches.

Any hints/tips? How do you guys do it?

same here. lofted shot is not as powerful down the ground, no matter how well you time it in medium and hard difficulty @MattW

Get the confidence up by timing the ball through ground shots and then hit a lofted shot over cover, good chance for a six.

I hit plenty of sixes over the bowlers head. Especially to full tosses

The shot square off the wkt on the off side (square drive) is the most powerful shot. The timing needed to nail shots down the ground seems to be more difficult than than timing square drives. Nailing perfect flicks/glances to fine leg is also harder than getting the square drives right.

I also hit quite a few sizes when they are full tosses. Will try the square drives.

Thanks a lot guys. Really enjoying the game. Definitely need to be more strategic for online Five/5 quick matches.

Agreed. Best are to hit a 6 is probably from extra cover region to point and just behind point. I also find trying to hit the ball at the top of the bounce gets maximum results.
