It is our experience that most packages arrive at their destination within the times stated in the information below. If your order has not arrived and has been shipped using Standard Mail ease do not contact us until a minimum of 14 days (UK) / 21 days (overseas) have passed. We will then be able to assist you.
By Standard Mail within the UK
We can usually expect items sent by Standard Mail within the UK to arrive within 2 to 5 days from shipment. However, if after 14 days from the shipping date the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.
If the details provided are all correct, we will be able to take action on your behalf.
In order to rectify the non-delivery of your goods, we will take the following action:
1. A refund will be processed to your credit card, which will be in lieu of the cost of your goods. Please note that your card issuer can take up to 7 days to process this back onto your credit/debit card.
2. In order to get the missing items to you, a replacement order will be created, and a new order number will be generated. Your credit card will be recharged for the cost of the goods only upon despatch. As this order has been manually placed on our system, you will not be able to track its progress via your account on the HMV web site. However, if you wish for an update at any point, please email our Customer Service department via the web site.
