Ind vs Aus 3 test series
1st test Ind won 26 runs (won after follow on)(4,0(65))
2nd test Ind won by 3 wickets (0,10)
3rd test Aus won by 197 runs (18,15)

I was averaging 79 at the start of series and ended with 52 :(

Started my career in legend mode as batting all rounder. Bowling style is medium-fast and i an no #4 in batting line up. Struggling to get wickets in bowling. Any tips? I mostly bowl full or good length.
I average 55 with SR of 57 in batting after 3 games and I have picked up only 1 wicket.
And pro40 is a disaster. I average 15 in batting and haven't taken any wickets with economy rate of 4.3 in around 20 overs. I feel pressured while batting in limited overs and tend to go for runs. I normally get an edge and keeper catches it.

After going through a tough period in career, i am now starting to put on some good strings of scores. from them, some notworthy recent performances are are two back to back centuries against india, 245 in P40 format and then 93 + 173* vs New Zealand.216260_screenshots_2016-02-14_00004.jpg 216260_screenshots_2016-02-14_00005.jpg

Well, after 5 matches in legend mode,

FC- batting=avg=40, sr=48, 50's=3
bowling=wkts=5,avg=60,sr=110, econ=3.xx

List-A-batting=avg=28, sr=88, 50's=0
bowling=wkts=0,avg=--0,sr=--, econ=4.5

My horrible run continues.

I will be tempted to smash the ball when a spinner bowls a full toss and every time I get out like that. Or when I try to hit the ball to off-side and I get a edge.

And in bowling, well, no idea.

Well. My first century in FC came up with a match-winning 200. I came to bat when we were 34-2. We still needed 380 runs to win in 80 overs. I was having a bad run too till then. I just thought I will defend every ball while walking to the crease. The first ball I faced was a slower ball and I smashed it to the boundary. Then, my mindset changed and I looked to score more. Till that match I averaged 39 with strike-rate of 49. Two of my partners during the chase scored 50 and both were run out unfortunately. Later, I scored 219 from 170 odd balls and I fell down as I got an edge when we needed 67 runs with 3 wickets in hand. I was so disappointed that I couldn't win the game for us. But, the tail-enders did the job for us. We won by 2 wickets. Surprisingly I had got 6 wickets in that match which was my best figures. I ended up with MOM trophy.

After 12 games as Batting-Allrounder in veteran,

FC= batting: avg=48, sr=57, 100's=1;50's=6; bowling: avg=45,sr=93,eco=2.3,wkts=14
List-A= avg=44, sr=98, 100's=0;50's=1; bowling: eco=4.4,wkts=1
T20=matches=12, batting:avg=47,sr=156,100's=0,50's=4; bowling: wkts=9,eco=5.7;

I am doing fantastic even though I only play for Australia in ODIs. My List A average is 102, HS is 299, 19 hundreds (including about five 200s), 18 fifties. FC average is 92, HS is 644* (don't know how), 8 hundreds (1 600, 1 200, 1 300), 10 fifties. T20 average is about 100, HS is 182*, about 7 hundreds, 3 fifties.

I hate the selection status though because my Test was Fair Way Off, then I got 399* and 644* in the same match and my Test didn't go up!

Started a new career as a left arm #4 batsman (age 26) in veteran mode.

What a fantastic way to start a career.

And the partnership was 421 runs.

Got out for 24 of 18 balls in the first innings.

I have just started the career mode as a Batting all-rounder (fast-med bowler) on pro mode. As far as batting is concerned Im enjoying it but bowling has become really boring specially in 4 day format. Im not getting any wickets..the batsmen hardly gets an edge, on couple of rare occasions an edge flew to the slips and on both occasions the slip fielder dropped the catch. Bowling in limited overs is still fun, though even in limited overs Im not picking wickets regularly but its exciting to bowl in tight situations and it looks realistic. Bowling in 4 day format has become boring as I have to bowl long spells with batsmen overpowering me.

In all the time I've played this I was about to have my first ever super over ............and then the game crashed.

Yea bowling imo is actually fun in limited overs especially in t20's in tests i agree it is really really boring... :cheers but sadly (talking about casual now) i have to bowl to ai even in tests cuz my batting is not that great:( so i always tries to restrict them under 200-250

Am I the only one saw this in Test matches (in Career mode on Pro difficulty)?
AS a bowler if I maintain the consistency of line and length in bowling (let say, I was bowling short pitched delivery from outside off-stump for 2 straight overs and bowled a full mid-length delivery after 16 outside off deliveries) eventually surprises me with occasional LBW or Catch to second slip or deep cover. While tail-enders are batting, they even gave a catch to Extra cover or mid on trying to smash my outside off short length deliveries, pretty often! Maximum Full length bowling adds to the frustration though cause I see AI batsmen turns to be Justin Langer or Rahul Dravid pretty often! :)
