How do I edit player stats and characteristics ? - Player Editor ??

Could someone tell me how can I edit player statistics and characteristics in C2002 without that .net support.

I cant download a 20 MB file for that.

Can anyone help ?

you can hex edit the values using a good hex editor{see this site}

i am making a new player editor, so hold on

it runs independent from .net so it does not require the 20+ mb file.You can edit all the player characteristicswith this one.I think it is 41KB in size.
