How do I edit players ?

The editor in the game only allows me to edit the names of the player. And the editor available at sozair needs some .net framework (a 20 mb file!) which wont be possible.

Can anyone help me with editing players in Cricket 2002 (without .net support) ??

i know that players characteristics can be changed using a hex editor but i don't know how.
