How do I install the Supersport TV Overlay

Can someone please tell me how to install the Supersport TV Overlay for BLIC 2005.
Any help will be appreciated.

Extract the files into the data files in the Brian Lara International Cricket Root directory.

Use baggi studios to replace the file hudimages.dds in the gamedata.bag file in the data directory.
