How do I replace old face with new one?

How do you make the faces match the England players in your team. Say you replace the first 11 faces with the England faces you can download how do you know which face relates to which?

At the moment I have Michael Vaughan with Thorpe's face.

Is there a list somewhere?

Guys I am having a GD Kit Replacer with updated teams.txt which includes faces. Now I want to change the face of default(EA) umpire with Venkatraghvan or Shepard face. How do i do that with Kit replacer? I means whats the face number of default umpire so I can replace that?

What is the umpire face number when using the GD kit replacer to replace the default umpire face to the new ones posted?

I have installed the new text list, and find ump & umpx for their kits.. Can u tell their face number? Thanks

Umpires are 4a, 4b etc. They are resolution 128*128. If you are having problems download the updated bmplist.txt to use with the Graphic Replacer.
