I cant seem to find a way to bowl at pace. ive tried every possible key but to no avail. even with the fastest of bowlers like lee im able to hit only around 55 mph but the AI is able to generate speeds upto 104 mph! please give a solution.

Try to stop the meter when it is at the end of the no-ball line

Or just after. That way you will reach that bowler's max speed.
