hello every1

i am wondering if there is any file with the ability to change the camera angles i tried my self to change everytime it said something like file size not equal.

i also tried to find one in forum but unfortunately i got dialup connection , its not that much fast to search the forums whenever i get time to search forum but in the middle of searching forums the net connection stucks then i have to restart and again connect.
so please if there is any file for changing camera angles just let me know
