ICC Champions Trophy

Hi, can anyone create the ICC Champions Trophy 2006 tournament for downloading. I tried all the Game Modes but it does only accept 8 teams or 14 teams. I found the fixtures at www.news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/4950652.stm
Please, the first game is on the 7th of October !!!!

Its tough to do so.
I mean you have to create a completely new game code and stuff.
The eliminations,Groups and then the Finals.
Pretty long,I feel.
