Even other teams are using ODI retired players like Andrew Strauss(England) and some players who've totally retired from International cricket like Scott Styris(NZ) and Shoaib Akhtar(Pakistan)

We all know that retired players are rated pretty low, though they have good averages so why take them in the squad. Instead, youngsters are quick, active and quite good.
