Just saw it on Times Now. Dave Richardson hinted on a compromise with the BCCI over the WADA clause. This is big news. I think this goes on to show that India's concerns were profounded and is a big boost to players from South Africa, Australia and NZ which had supported the Indian players.

This is a big win for our boys. Way to go, India :happy

My post about ICCs compromise plan was the FIRST article to hit the internet, says Google :D

The fire has been lit. Now watch people throw all kinds of ████ on how the BCCI is showing its money power, how they are running cricket, blah blah blah.

^^^ The guys who the hate BCCI are naive blokes. Everyone is being very unreasonable in blaming the Indian cricketers and the BCCI. Unlike players from other nations whose ONLY security concern is a burglary attempt, our boys have terrorist threats. What we are saying is quite RELEVANT. Proof of that is the fact that none of the other boards have spoken against us. Infact, we are pushing for something everyone wants. We are being the 'fall guy' coz none of the boards want to or even can take a stand. So you should be thanking the BCCI for its benevolence !

I still don't understand how they can be exempt. Rules shouldn't be bent for anybody. Simple as that.

They wont be the only team exempt. All other teams will be let off too (they wont let only one team enjoy this previlege).

^^^ Actually, no team will allow India to walk away with an exemption coz off-the-record, everyone wants the exemption :p
