ICC President is a bit over zealous obviously. We get the picture he thinks there's a lot of talent there, but let's not go overboard before they get sorted out.

Weren't very good in the FP trophy.
They won 2 games at the World Cup, tied with the kids.
Counties won't reaease players.

Mali obviously is just saying that for press and probably hasn't looked at the championship ladder in about 20 years because if he did he will realise its next to impossible for Zim to be at the top in 3 years.
And besides they never get a game
