Draft Progress Information

Seeing the difficulty in managing an Auction of 300 players, the committee has decided to go with Drafts. Sorry for those who could not vote and could not give their opinon but this was the decision taken seeing the complexity of things.

Now the Drafts have been divided into 5 Different Rounds. For Each Round There Will Be Grade A,Grade B,Grade C Players put down and you have to select from those players.

A Team needs to compile with boards rule for 20 Players Max per team.

If 2 Individuals post same player at same Planet Cricket time then there will be secret bidding for players via PM.

It will start by tomorrow. Let every one come online and see this as it will be unfair to start when all are off.

We will fix the draft timing and that will be decided by majority

Make it One player per round rather than one player per day. Some managers may not find the time to come on a particular day so they can pick on next day.

Also choosing 2 players at a time won't do any good to the balance of league since the first one to post can pick the world's best two batsmen and the trend follows. To make it similar for every team, make it 1 player at a time.
There are some problems because of which I am not a fan of Drafts.

ya i agree with akshay, its take more time but 1 player in each round is good for all team

Do not worry it will all be fair.

Like Grade A Batsman will have players like

Tendulkar,Ponting,Amla,Smith,Sehwag,Gambhir

all in one. So every one will get the best.

and Grade B will have

Raina,D.Hussey,Laxman,GangulyKohli,Morgan,Shah,Brad Hodge etc.

so there will be all good players to pick for and no bad.

Although this is not auction and drafts,remember players might go on international duty so try and pick few (2-3) associate players too.
