I'm fine with both Drafts and Auctions. 6 hours are decent for player getting sold so looks good. I support both Drafts and Auctions.

There will be no Solution. Everyone had to suffer for Round 1 and 2 except Good who was spot on both times.

Also other solution will be fix selection like

so if good has not selected then Akshay cannot.

Next time Akshay will start and so on..

Now just leave it as it is, the more active the manager is, it's better for him is all I can say at the moment.
