Haha, you say that you want to play your Home games in Pakistan, yet your next home match is against India. There is no way India will want to play in Pakistan.

Also, there might not be much Terrorism in Pakistan at the moment, but if you have a match in Pakistan, and there is a terrorist attack, you won't be able to play matches in Pakistan for even longer because the ICC will be even more hesitant to let you play matches there.
