you have to be owner if your manager but you don't have to be captain, you can choose somebody when more people sign up to be it

mods i would like you to lock this league for me because i can't handle this league by myself, i am looking for a partner. could you open this league again after a couple of days or weeks. i am making a small league which i can handle by myself and hope people will join that. Thank You. i will reopen this league when i have submitted a season on the other league.
