He is sure to be injured otherwise no one would pick Hopkins ahead of McCullum.

McCullum can't be replaced because he will most likely play in at least one of the matches, and probably the rest of the matches

I was doubting between Vijay and Kohli as batsman. Eventually I went for Vijay. It seems I am choosing continuously the wrong person.

From the performes I don't have McKay, Taylor and Sreesanth. I didn't expect Sreesanth to play, because he wasn't predicted in the Cricinfo line up.
