Everybody was a newbie when they started, even legends like Dipak,Biggy,VC The Slogger were newbies. So, instead of demoralizing them, support them and join their leagues. If they do something wrong, correct them and make them learn. This will give PC great, greater and greatest league managers. :thumbs
