Indian Domestic Season

Friends..due to the intro of C2005 (which is not that bad and not that good) and BLIC (I just dont understand how C2004 was ignored when compared to BLIC), the good old C2004 stands forgotten.

But I for one, am still hung up on this game. So what I would like to know is if there are a couple more volunteers, we can create an Indian Domestic season on C2004. I have already created the following teams

1. Tamil Nadu
2. Karnataka
3. Mumbai
4. Punjab
5. Railways
6. Delhi
7. Baroda

and I am almost half through Gujarat and Bengal. (Dada Rocks!). Though I will complete it eventually for my own pleasure, if there is help we can release this as a patch.

ODI Kits have been created for the following teams 1. Tamil Nadu, 2. Karnataka.

I would require the following help from all willing people.

1. Decision on teams to be included. My choice so far..
Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, Hyderabad, Goa, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Bengal, Orissa, Gujarat, Delhi, Railways, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir.

Please let me know whether we can go ahead with this list or some teams which can be included instead of the ones in the list.

2.Help in creating Rosters - 1/3rd done. But if the rosters are to be complete with stats and all, I would require the help of atleast two others.

3. Kits- Ideas, Kits would be welcome.

4. Changing name of the teams in the EXE - I suck at this. I can change the name in the config editor. But not by Hex editing.

5. Any other general help and suggestion.

Meanwhile, I have created the roster and kits for the Duleep Trophy. One more Indian tournament for you all.

Gujarat, Bengal and Maharashtra added to the roster.

Kits in queue: Mumbai, Delhi and Bengal.

Great! Just go through my previous post and tell me if the teams posted are OK! Then help is needed in the rosters part. 10 teams added so far.

The teams are okay. But who will we replace?

18 teams, all English Doemstic I am assuming?

For changing names in the .exe, it won't be required if we can have to the logos containing the names. If you do it (I can find a thread where step-by-step procedures are posted on how to do it) then it wouldn't work with Sams 1.2 Beta .Exe (which everyone would be using). So I don't think it is neccesary.

Which teams have you done so far? I can try the rest.

Yeah! you are right. I am trying to replace the county teams. I have done the following teams

1. Tamil Nadu
2. Karnataka
3. Mumbai
4. Punjab
5. Railways
6. Delhi
7. Baroda
8. Bengal
9. Gujarat
10. Maharashtra

So the remaining 8 needs to be done. Also, I am clueless in the team names editing (HEX Editing part of it).

Also, I dont know where the logos of the county teams are present in the gob file. I am working on the Indian doemestic teams logos.

Most of the teams do not have ODI kits, so I am planning on fantasy kits. I have done the Kits for Tamil Nadu and Karnataka (Remember my VB World CLub Championship).

Still quite some distance to go.

The logos can be found by Hex Editing. We could ask Barmyarmy/Prakash/Someone who can hex edit for help here.

As for Kits, Kev could help (I hope).

I am getting the kits done. I was half way through the Mumbai kit when my Photoshop chose to screw up. Crap. I am trying to get a new edition installed.

Zorax! Can you help out in the rosters? Also is there any thread available on finding and editing the logos and team names?
