So quick question about strategies for fantasy cricket. Is it better to only have players playing in the current game in the XI and have huge transfers every game or 1 team with slight changes through the entire tournament? I am currently in a league and many people only have KKR and MI players in the team for tomorrows game.

I am really trying to win my league this year so I appreciate any and all help!

You can't make any changes when the games begin, unless there is an injury; they will be replaced by your reserve players. So pick players who you think will do well over the whole competition.
