It can happen in cases where people press the back button at the exact right time, I took some steps to try and check against it, and obviously have to do more (though don't want to make such changes during a tournament).

@ABDULLAH will need to post with the one player he intended to replace and the other replacement will be removed (and points recalculated). If he doesn't post before the last match, the team will just be deleted.
