You should have Nigel Jones and Regan West replaced with genuine quickies such as Matt Dunn and Tom Curran who happen to be Irish qualified. TJ's retired and well past his prime at 40. Maybe also add Zimbabwean-Irish Nathan Waller at the expense of John Mooney who's currently out of the game due to stress related issues.

@ThebigGgamer, I see you've added Italy ahead of some other associates who are currently ranked well above them. Perhaps you should also add a Rest of the World team and cast UAE out. UAE will most certainly be rolled over by all teams here including Italy. A ROTW team consisting of international outcasts like Pietersen and some domestic players who qualify for associate/affiliate nations not present in this tournament (eg - Michael Klinger - Hungarian qualified, Simon Katich - Croatian) would be far more competitive. What say?
